General Introduction and Applicability

Welcome to the bt baji platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bt baji and each user of this website. By accessing this site, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

These terms apply to Bangladeshi users and are written in Bengali. In case of any dispute, the Bengali text on this page will be considered final. bt baji reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on bt baji and participate in any betting or casino activity, the user must be 21 years of age or older (21+). Valid identification may be required as proof of age. Use of the site by minors is strictly prohibited and bt baji maintains a firm position on this matter.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and any earned bonuses and balances may be forfeited. If multiple accounts are opened from the same device, IP address or payment method, bt baji reserves the right to suspend or close those accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide correct name, mobile number, date of birth and identity details at the time of registration. 2.4 Account Security

The user is responsible for maintaining full confidentiality of their username and password. No one else may be allowed to use the account. If unauthorised access is suspected, bt baji must be notified immediately via live chat.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on bt baji is ৳100 (per method). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). All deposits must be made through a method registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Prohibited Transactions

Users may not deposit funds obtained from any illegal source. Using bt baji for money laundering or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bt baji offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200 — and you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds.

4.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

bt baji runs various weekly and special promotions. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. For example, the weekly bt baji reload bonus offers 30% of the deposit as a bonus, up to ৳5,000 with 18x wagering.

4.3 Policy Against Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or in a coordinated manner, all related accounts will be closed and all earned bonuses and winnings will be cancelled. Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.4 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds and real deposit funds are tracked separately.
• No winnings earned from a bonus may be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement has been met.
• bt baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• During a promotion, only the terms of that promotion apply.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Only bets successfully confirmed on the bt baji platform are valid. If a bet is not confirmed due to network issues or technical errors, it will be considered void. Users can always check the status of a bet from the "Bet History" section of their account.

5.2 Erroneous Odds or Payouts

bt baji reserves the right to cancel bets or game sessions completed based on clearly incorrect odds or incorrect information displayed due to technical errors. In such cases, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.

5.3 Match Fixing and Manipulation

If match fixing, manipulation or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all earned funds will be forfeited. bt baji monitors suspicious betting patterns and takes active steps to prevent such activity.

5.4 Game Results

Live casino and slot game results are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). All games are operated in accordance with the game software provider's guidelines. Users may not challenge game results — only technical error complaints may be submitted.

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

bt baji's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier earns weekly cashback, which is a percentage of the week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

Example: a Gold member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback — this is the maximum rate for the Gold tier. Advancement to a VIP tier depends on betting activity and bt baji sets the eligibility criteria.

The account must be active and verified to earn cashback. bt baji reserves the right to change the cashback calculation method and timeline, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at User Request

Users may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any available balance will be returned.

10.2 Closure by bt baji

bt baji may suspend or close an account without prior notice due to any breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or legal requirements. The reason will be communicated, though it may not always be possible to provide full details.

Limitation of Liability

The bt baji platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bt baji is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server issues or disruptions to third-party services. However, funds for any bet that could not be completed due to a technical issue will be refunded.

bt baji is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues. The user is responsible for ensuring the reliability of their own device and connection.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the bt baji website — logos, designs, text, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of bt baji or its associated partners. Copying, distributing or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from bt baji is prohibited.

Game software and content is covered by the copyright of the respective game developers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.) and is governed by their own terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Termination of Agreement
